Refund policy

Our refund policy is applicable during the 15 calendar days after your purchase.
In order to make an exchange or return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Returns are not allowed on certain perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. Additionally, no returns will be made on Gift Cards, Downloadable Products or Some health and personal care products.

To complete your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can contact us at and we will answer your questions in this regard.
No exchanges or returns will be made of any product that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has parts missing for reasons beyond our control, nor of any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.
Once the product is received and reviewed, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request and the reasons.

In case the product is correct for its return, then your refund will be processed and the total amount of the purchase without shipment cost will be returned to your credit card or original method of payment, in the following days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, we will send you the purchase voucher.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the buyer and they can arrange your return.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs in case of exchange or return, except for specific promotions explicitly communicated by the brand.

If you are shipping an item over € 50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Mandra Studios cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
